The three-piece electronic music unit "Sawa Angstrom" from Kyoto has quickly released their 2nd EP.

In 2018, they toured four European countries (France, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark) and Taiwan, where their music and performances were met with enthusiastic cheers and strong support from audiences.

Their CD "DdTPt," made for that world tour, sold out immediately. However, in February 2019, they decided to release it digitally worldwide. This EP was recommended by Apple Music Editors and helped them expand their fan base through interviews with international music media.

Additionally, they released a ZINE (with CD) called "SYNAPSE VISUAL NOTE" available at live venues and select stores. In May, their tour in Melbourne, Australia, was a great success, and they quickly followed it with the release of their 2nd EP.

This EP, "OF FOOD," reworked tracks from "SYNAPSE VISUAL NOTE" and added two new tracks. Each track has its unique style, with no two tracks sounding alike. All five tracks are masterfully mixed with complex sound design and playful humor.

As with their previous work, the mastering for this digital EP was done by Tatsuki Masuko (ROVO, DUB SQUAD), a friend of the band members who has worked on numerous projects, including SUPERCAR, Miu Sakamoto, Yoshinori Sunahara, Kicell, clammbon, UA, ART-SCHOOL, SCLL, fhana, and Shuta Hasunuma.

The cover illustrations were created by YACOYON, known for their unique pixel art inspired by fashion and video game culture.
